Public Sessions


Donation-Based Yoga for Everyone includes Mindful Movement focused on Recovery-Oriented Principles.

What to Expect:

- All Levels Yoga (Mindful Movement)- You'll be offered modifications for the physical postures; gentle instruction for beginners, and more challenging options for the seasoned practitioner.- Each session is practiced on the floor with your yoga mat.- Invitation for meditation on Recovery Oriented principles- 60-minute sessions include 5-10 minutes of breathwork and mindfulness in the beginning, 40-50 minutes of traditional yoga postures, and 5-10 minutes in a calm resting pose at the end of the session.- Yoga instruction by Bethanie Meredith, a certified teacher with 12 years of teaching experience- No RSVP is necessary, just come AFTER you've completed your online waiver.- We start on-time,- No late entry.

These public sessions are available to men & women at any fitness level age 18 and over (12 to 17-year-olds may attend alongside their parent or guardian with a completed waiver)


Online Waiver must be completed BEFORE you arrive.
No need to RSVP.

What to Bring:

- Your own yoga mat
- Your yoga blocks and/or strap if you use them in your practice
- Water- Small towel
- Wear comfortable clothes
- $10 Donation (donations are not required to attend)
