I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ms. Meredith as a yoga teacher for my childrens’ garden classes on the Southside, Youngstown, Ohio.

In June, 2016, I asked Ms. Meredith if she would please consider teaching yoga classes to the children once a week in the garden area. She graciously agreed knowing many of the attendees were from the neighborhood, some of whom were from foster families and some from challenged families.

The children enjoyed Ms. Meredith’s classes which she geared specifically to their abilities. I could see that these

children looked forward to her classes, even ran to them!

I also could see the children benefited from more than

just the physical exercise they experienced for her classes gave them an opportunity to learn focus and peacefulness.

I found Ms. Meredith as a person to be professional, engaging, pleasant, responsible, prompt, and consistent

dealing with the children the entire time period, June 2016 - July 2017.

In my opinion, Ms. Meredith is a beautiful person with a beautiful mission. And, I feel that anyone associated with

her and her yoga practice is most fortunate.
