• Please note: All Late Registrations after 8/31/26 will incur an additional $60 non-refundable administration fee.

• Men & Women, Age 18+ are welcome. 

• Donation opportunities will be provided throughout the weekend and $100 of your registration goes directly to HATHA.

• All Inclusive cost is $400 each person until March 31, 2026. If you are attending with your spouse, it's $700 per couple (savings of $100 for your household). These are PRE-Registration prices that will go up on April 1, 2026.

• You may choose to use an available payment plan.

• If you are attending with your spouse, BOTH people need to register individually.

• $100 minimum Deposit per person is Due at Registration, $200 for Couples.

• Your Retreat deposit of $100 is non-refundable, under any circumstances, as this is an administrative fee and will go directly to the non-profit as a donation.

• All Registrations must be PAID IN FULL within 5 months of Registration or before September 1, 2026 (whichever is first)

• REFUND POLICY

  • A $100 portion of your Retreat cost is non-refundable, under any circumstances, as this is an administrative fee and will be donated directly to the non-profit. 

  • Late Registration Fees are non-refundable.

  • If the host (HATHA) or the host site (Villa Maria) cancels the event at any time, you may request a full refund of all monies paid - minus $100. 

  • You may request a 100% refund for all monies paid (-$100 admin fee) if you cancel your Retreat before 8/31/26

  • No refunds after 8/31/26
